Dental gold and dental alloys (“dental gold”) are professionally analyzed by us in the ESG Precious Metals Testing Laboratory for alloy composition, and then the precious metals contained are charged at the daily purchase price..

We analyze the actual content of precious metals, whether it’s just individual dental crowns, inlays or bridges from individuals or several kilograms of dental gold or dental residues from dental laboratories or dentists.

The precious metals gold, silver, platinum and palladium are rewarded. We remove residual adhesions such as teeth, ceramics, plastics, etc.

You can either send us your dental gold well packaged and with sufficient postage as a parcel through our mail order service, use our high value shipping service for large quantities, or you can visit us in person by appointment. In this case, after analysis and evaluation, you will receive the loan amount immediately in cash, by cashier’s check or transferred to your account online.

A. Transport Delivery/Purchase of Dental Remains by Mail

You can easily send us your dental waste with a printout of our cover letter, well packaged and with sufficient postage in one parcel directly by the postal service.
To this end, in 1999, we created our mail-order service for dental gold and dental residues containing precious metals.
Parcels with a material value of less than 2500 euros are insured by us if you follow our information on safe delivery.

Upon receipt of the material by our precious metal testing laboratory, we determine the value of your dental gold and inform you of this by mail or, if you wish, by phone or e-mail. Individual dental crowns or small batches are analyzed separately for the precious metals gold, silver, platinum and palladium using spectral analysis. Large quantities of dental residues are pre-melted by us for homogenization and then sent to a testing laboratory for content/value determination.

After analysis, you will receive the loan amount transferred to the account you specified in the precious metal cover letter.

If, contrary to expectations, you do not agree with our purchase price or change your mind in the meantime, you will receive your dental waste / dental gold back at your own expense. Of course, you will not pay for the analysis. Upon arrival at our premises, your precious metal will always be held separately for 5 working days (Monday – Friday).

You can visit us in person with your dental gold / dental alloys by appointment at the ESG scrap center in Reinstetten (Germany) or Schönis (Switzerland). If these are dental residues that can be analyzed immediately, such as gold crowns, filings, cast cones or alloy discs, you can be present at the analysis and once the value is determined, the amount can be immediately paid in cash or a cashier’s check or transferred to your online account.
